Let’s start with the first step.
Step 1: Add to brush tool.
To begin, let’s choose the brush-tool. This can be done by clicking on the icon depicted below located in the toolbar down the left side of the screen, or by hitting the B button on your keyboard.
How to add images in photoshop?
Step 2: Toggle the brush panel.
Choose brush tool, click on toggle the brush panel, open brush panel. Click on brush tip shape, set on the brush, 95 brush shape ,size 5%, hardness 80%, spacing 357%.
Press ctrl + to zoom the image.
Step 3: Blending options.
You can go to the bottom right of the screen, click on the small FX button, and select blending-options from the pop-up menu.
A window will pop up and click on inner glow, blend mode: normal, opacity: 74, size: 5px.
And click on outer glow, blend mode: normal, opacity: 75, size: 5px, then click ok button.
Change the background color to black and white foreground color. And create a new layer, select brush tool.
Change the foreground color to orange and click on ok.
Draw a line on the bulb.
You can go to the bottom right of the screen, click on the small FX button, and select blending-options from the pop-up menu. A window will pop up and click on blending options: custom and Underlying layer, press alt and draw the arrow.
Step 4: Toggle the brush panel.
Choose brush tool, click on toggle the brush panel, open brush panel. Click on brush tip shape, set on the brush, brush shape size: 30 ,size: 5%, hardness: 0%, spacing: 18%.
Step 5: Brush seting.
Set the brush and make layer 3 and draw the line on the bulb.
Finally, we have created a christmas lights.
When you follow the above steps then it will create christmas lights it will show in photoshop.
